After a long production and development process, the limited edition ST/ART vs RBK Classic hit the shops in October 07. Daubed with the now trademark HKAMMO design, the kicks featured loads of subtle detailing including clear soles, stencil lace-bridge, black on black embroidery and a variety of special material finishes.

10/10 GROUP EXHIBITION / 01-20.07

For 3 weeks in July, IdN Gallery was transformed into the ST/ART collective’s Hong Kong Vision : Past / Future. Designed to coincide with the Hong Kong handover 10th anniversary, each ST/ART artist presented two artworks for this group show – one for the 10 years past, and one for the future. A personal look at the ever-changing city that we call home, the show was a great success and our thanks goes to all who supported it.

ST/ART vs EVISU / 04.2007

The EVISU Cube Gallery commisioned works from a diverse range of local artists, sculptors and designers – including most of the ST/ART collective (pictured at right contributions from GAL, *COM and Start From Zero. All proceeds from the sale of pieces went to the Children's Cancer Foundation.

ASIA TOY EXPO / 25/26.11.2006

The entire ST/ART Collective took part in the 2006 Asia Toys Expo fair after being commisioned by Andy Woo from toy designers Crazy Label to customise a range of his TAMO figures for a showcase exhibition to be shown exclusively at the fair. The collective also painted a huge backdrop live during the launch party event.

ROCKIT 06 / 25/26.10.2006

Over the two day ROCKIT 06 music festival in Hong Kong’s Victoria Park, a dozen or so ST/ART members, designed, built and painted a huge interactive, 3D mural installation made entirely from recycled cardboard boxes. A lot of paint, a little rain, a few new recruits and a reasonable amount of beer later and the piece was complete - just in time to be torn to bits and thrown away... Beauty is indeed transient.

THE FARM LIVE DEMO / 08.2006

When youth outreach Project The Farm celebrated its 3rd birthday with scorching outdoor event in Causeway Bay's Victoria Park, the ST/ART collective were in attendance creating a huge painted "3" sculpture / installation. 450/SQ.FT. GROUP EXHIBITION / 07.2006

The second ST/ART group exibition 450/SQ.FT took place for a month in July 06 at IdN Gallery in Wanchai. The inspiration was the ever growing space issue in Hong Kong and the ambitious and well received project compromised 450 individual canvases by no less than 55 artists.

ISLAND JAM Vol 1 / 05.06

“ISLAND JAM Vol. 1” by ESP and ST/ART was the first in a regular series of weekend meets where HK artists get together in a huge, (hopefully) hidden location to freely paint, collaborate, learn, explore and party in the sunshine. Despite a few unwelcome ‘interferences’ the first event went off well and we have the pix to prove it.

DEK ART EXHIBITION / 05.2006

The whole ST/ART team was invited to take part in the Royal Elastic's DEK ART 2006 Exhibition - a one-off show that featured a live demo by artist SHE1, a skate deck design exhibition, live DJs and a lot of drinking. ST/ART artists on the wall included: Redy, Graphic Airlines, KS1, Katol, *COM, 13177, Start From Zero and c#.

RE:ST/ART Group Exhibition / 01.2006

RE:ST/ART was the first full group exhibition and had the theme "RE/FRESH RE/USE RE/CYCLE". Every one of the pieces at the exhibition was created using items and "canvases" found discarded in the city's streets. The exhibition was featured in several newspapers, magazines and radio programmes.

RBK vs ST/ART / 12.2005

The collaboration between RBK and ST/ART began as a live demonstration for a launch event and has since moved on to include the creation of a range of limited edition signature shoes and apparel.

Vol 2 / OM Lounge / 03.2005

The second 'Donated Wall' was for a bar in Central Hong Kong called OM Lounge. The piece was a stencil driven, multi-layered, 6 colour extarvaganza using around 40-50 different stencils each featuring something vaguely spiritual or esoteric (in keeping with the vibe of the bar).. Artists were: KS1, Katol, 13177, C#, Ping, *COM.

ST/ART vs. Monchichi / 07.2005

ST/ART was selected as 'featured artists' for the Monchichi Exhibition in which five ST/ART artists interpreted and customised figures of this legendary Japanese monkey character in their own unique style, as well as creating a huge collaborative backdrop for the event.

Vol 1 / YUMLA / 01.2005

First in the donate walls odyssey was bar Yumla in Central Hong Kong. For this unique piece no fewer than nine members of ST/ART collaborated on an intensely detailed stencil collage. Featured on the wall were some 220 faces of Hong Kong people - celebrities, pop stars, actors, politicians, porn stars, artists, DJs - even bar staff and regular punters. Crikey!
